It’s completely normal to feel nervous! We recommend starting with one of our smaller events, like a brunch or fitness class. We work hard to ensure our events are welcoming, inclusive, and comfortable for everyone.

Anyone who identifies as female is welcome to join us.

Yes! Our events are specifically designed to be attended solo, and the majority of attendees come on their own. That said, if you'd like to bring a friend or two along, they're more than welcome - the more the merrier!

Our typical age range is 18-35, although this can vary depending on the event.

Most of our events are 18+, but we recommend checking the individual event details before booking to be sure.

Our events currently take place in London and surrounding areas, but keep an eye out - we’re planning to expand into other cities soon!

We operate a strict no-refund policy with no exceptions. However, in the unlikely event that we need to cancel an event, a refund will be issued (minus the booking fee).

We have a two-strike no-show policy. If you fail to attend an event without notifying us in advance, you may be banned from future events. If you can no longer attend, please email thegirliesguide@gmail.com as soon as possible to let us know.
